Xbox scores more exclusive DLC
Microsoft scored it big with the exclusive first rights to the forthcoming GTA IV downloadable content, and now they have another top-notch title to add to the ranks. Next month’s Tomb Raider: Underworld will be featuring at least two additional missions in download format that will only be coming to the 360. The press from Eidos also stated that a demo for the new Lara Croft adventure will be available on the XBL Marketplace at some point in October. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you posted.
Here’s what Eidos had to say about the new missions:
omb Raider: Underworld – Beneath the Ashes takes place after the Underworld story has finished and will feature an incredible new environment to explore, additional secrets to unlock and different enemies to fight. Tomb Raider: Underworld - Lara’s Shadow will introduce players to a new kind of playable character and create a unique Tomb Raider experience.
The first will release “this Christmas,” while the second will be available in early 2009. You can read the full press release here
Okay, okay, so I really just wanted another excuse to post a Lara Croft pic. Can you blame me?

Ah. I must say I’ve always enjoyed a good Lara screenshot. The games are a different matter - pretty much lost interest after the second one, but you can never get enough digital hotness
