My condolences. I was pretty self concious about playing the Wii as well, but only in games where it does force you to look like a tool ("Wii Sports", "Wii Play") until I started playing "Guitar Hero" and "Rock Band". Now, those make you look stupid, but you're having so much fun you just kinda forget how lame you look. I still close the room's door when I play, though. Granted, I haven't played in front of a group of 20 or so coworkers to this point, but when I'm at home, even if friends are over, I have no problem perfecting my Jim Thome leg kick when playing home run derby on Wii Sports, or standing up to swing at tennis while my girlfriend lounges on the couch barely moving her wrists.
